This is one of, if not the weakest group ever. Even their leader, Incognito, is a pushover. This group was tore down by Divine Z but the stubborn leader couldn't accept it. If you see him around, it's because he is still using the name of a dead character to this day.

I had to include all of this because of how funny it is. I guess just like his name Incognito was just hidden and never to be seen. Just like his skills. Maybe he should reflex that he, is still a kiddo. **coughs towards Historical**

Caleb was a push-over. Although I must defend they did have one credible and deservingly renown fighter, Vine.

What are you basing Incognito's skill on? He's not the best, but considering the esteem you hold for Lysander's T1 skills, this strikes me as odd. I've seen him outclass Lysander in a RM match, only for the fight to stop because Lysander can't even understand basic relative positioning and realistic maneuvering.
Speaking to Matariel, he says that Divine Z only challenged Labes when the greater portion of their best and brightest were MIA. Seems like a rather prejudiced way to estimate their strength.

Incognito didn't outclass me in an RM match, wat. Caleb tried to pull some superman flip-spin in mid-air while a spear was coming straight at his gut with him trying to jump through the air at me; fact: you can't change directions in mid air without some kind of -something- to push off of. Period.

[Not a moment later, whether his foe was compelled to look at the gate behind him or not, Viktor, always an aggressive fighter, had shot towards his adversary in a sprint. Moving into a baseball slide just before reaching the sword range of his opponent, Mat, Viktor delivered a vicious slash with his blade that would cut a deep gash into his thigh in mid-slide. Keeping himself at an awkward position several feet to his left, making any type of immediate retribution very tough, as his momentum would finally slow, and settle him behind his challenger. "Me? I'll be leaving the same way I came in!" He shouted, his voice infused with both laughter and bravado.]
Here, Caleb slides a few feet to your left. After that, you sidestep to his right (Which would mean you somehow sidestepped a yard and then some, since apparently once you were on his other side you used your spear to outrange him.) All in a few moments, somehow. Then, you brought your spear to your left, and swiped across to your right. This attack would be launched at Caleb's right side, but you insisted he would be reaching across his body in order to protect his left side with the gauntlet on his right hand.
Now that I'm looking at a full set of logs, I'll admit I didn't realize the fight went on after that. However, the argument you had about this initial exchange leads me to question your ability to objectively observe your own fighting ability.

In the next exchange, (where Caleb had to repost, since you wouldn't admit your mistake) Caleb is holding your spear in his right hand, while you wield it in your right hand. He marches toward you carefully, keeping your weapon within his grip. When he's face to face with you, he goes to stab you, and you somehow sidestep a point blank thrust by moving to your right, even while the spear in your right arm would impede movement in that direction.
And before you say some "oh, it was in my hand at the full extent of its range so I could move behind it." Before this exchange, you pulled your spear to your left to wind up for a swipe to your right. This implies you have the space between you and Caleb in order to do so, which means your spear is held somewhere near the middle in the typical fashion of a spear wielder. Which means theres a long pole of wood that you're both gripping firmly blocking your ability to magically sidestep a point blank stab.
In any case, back to reading this fight that you should've been dead in by now.

The weird part about you posting these logs, is that RPGChat archived and then deleted the thread that fight was in over a year ago now. Caleb and I had an argument or two, but you're missing a very important piece of the logs - assuming you even have the actual logs - which I highly doubt.
When I side-stepped Caleb, I jerked back on the spear quickly, and unexpectedly - as Caleb himself agreed he would not expect it - with both hands, causing Caleb - who only held it with one hand - to be thrown off-balance, and either release his hold on the spear - or fall to the ground without hitting me to begin with.
The fact you're trying to convey some spiteful message by only telling half the story is cute, though.

How, exactly, is it weird for me to have logs that were archived? www.rpgchat.com/archive/index.php/t-86271.htmlThe thing is how vaguely you worded the way you wielded your spear. You didn't have both hands on it AS you sidestepped; this means that if Caleb had been aware of which hand you held it in (as was your duty to specify) he could've simply held you back with the spear and thrown your parry off course, opening you up for a finishing blow. I'm not contesting the results of the fight, since that was up to Caleb and the judges to notice; however, from what I'm reading your posts are quite voidable. I'm merely pointing out your apparent lack of skill. You render your position vague, you've failed at comprehending Caleb's blatant movements, and your mental ability to register relative positioning in a fight is lacking. These aren't insults, by the way. Merely observations from an outside perspective. I know how hard it is to differentiate between the two in such an ego driven field. The fact that you keep trying to pin some ulterior motive on me is childish. You're so proud that any criticism is treated as a disgusting threat, and you make sure to ridicule and denounce anyone who challenges your reputation immediately. Your defensive nature leads me to believe you're aware of your incompetence, and hopelessly desperate to cover it up, since your only claim to fame is allegedly being handy in various styles. Yet the only thing I ever witness in T1 is your failings in anything that requires a strategic mindset and a good imagination. In any fight where you don't have access to godlike abilities, your weakness shows. This isn't spite, Lysander. This isn't an attack. This isn't a shit slinging festival. I'm not out to get you. I'm simply questioning the legitimacy of your reputation, and your place on a list you seem all too eager to put yourself on.

It's hard to credibly claim you aren't attacking him when the only posts you have on this site - save one - are focused on discrediting or questioning his talents in some form or fashion.
Which isn't to say that you are or aren't trying to attack him. Just that if all you've done is criticize him, it's kind of looks like that's your whole point of being here. Which again, is just how things look - not necessarily how things are.
