In the beginning, he was only a small beacon of light located in the sky. As time progressed, the shrinking of distance between the beacon of light and the earth revealed the beacon to actually be a space pod. The pod would crash into the earth in some barren wasteland, creating a huge explosion and an uproar of dust and debris.
When the dust finally settled down, the pod sat inside of a massive crater, hundreds of times its size. It could be seen that the space pod was of the Kincho brand. The door slowly opened, and out came the Spaniard. Covering his chest and back was a tattoo of a red Viper, reflecting what he was. He flicked his tongue out of his mouth, using the sensors to receive information about this new environment.
Hmm..., that's odd. I don't sense any of them. I hope I'm not too late.
He would flick his tongue out again.
Well, there's Squall. He seems different... I wonder what the hell's been going on? Why can't I sense any of the others?
His face would contort with frustration.
I guess I'll have to go pay these humans a visit.
He would levitate from within the crater and blast off into the distance.

"The winds are changing. Something's amiss."
It had been years since he brandished the blade, or any blade, for that matter. Ever since, he had resigned to life as a simple wanderer. Gone were his days of gallivanting around, fighting whatever evil he could. He stood amongst the top of an abandoned cathedral, the age of the building shown by the worn walls and the damage done by years of neglect.
"I wonder. I learned it... will I actually have to use it...?
His eyes closed, he placed his right hand in front of him. Without a word, the shape of a sword began to form, starting first as an outline, becoming a grid, and finally, into the shape of a European blade. Upon its formation, he clutched the handle, gripping the weapon firmly in hand. He swung it a bit, testing its capabilities.
So that man's technique did turn out useful... I wonder what Rias would say.
He grinned a bit and clenched his fist a bit. Immediately, the weapon shattered, as if it were made of glass. The shards, however, seemed to dissipate into nothingness, pure energy, as if they had never existed at all.
Pleased with the result, the man could only smirk as he continued to bide his time, waiting, until fate would reveal itself to him.

A long time has passed sense any one has seen the blood stains on his blade. His time has been spent planning and organizing a way to formally reinstate him as a competitor to the life he once lived. Slaying the innocent had just seemed like a thing of the past to him, but that was all about to change.
Appearing through a portal of blue light, the warriors grip tightened along the grip of the sword. A pistol stayed strapped along his inner thigh. Blood ran down from the tip of his sword. He took a glance over at Squall flicking his blade horizontally allowing the blood to dry from his blade and stain the surface by his feet.
How's it going Mr. nice guy?
Shifting his gaze over to Viper his eyes flickered as he began to walk a forward path in his direction. A black light formed around his inner palm, nonchalantly lifting himself with the beam raising within mid-air then landing along side of Viper. A mysterious smirk began to develop from his dry peeling lips. Both of his hands twisted horizontally in opposite directions allowing peels of tape from the grip of his sword to form small amounts of debree flaking, and moving in the direction the same as the wind.
The blood of the innocent will suffer again, what side will you be on this time, Squall?

The seasoned veteran smirked upon Shane's arrival. It had been years. Years since either of them had seen each other; years since they had both graced the lands upon which they both stood now. He turned his head slightly to the side, glancing down as he reminisced about the past, or, at least, what he remembered of it.
Mr. Nice Guy. I don't recall such things being the proper greeting, but I'll roll with it. Now then, I wonder... something strange is amiss. Whatever forces there are in the universe around us; they certainly do not feel proper. As if... we are compelled to do something. Something brash.
He could not express what it truly was, simply because he had no clue. No clue of the impending next move. No clue of what was in his future. It was all clouds.

...The Wastelands. Once an area of peace and prosperity, a land which once tasted the ripe fruits of technology. As time passed during this tranquil period these fruits started to dwindle away. People around the World started to grow hungry, and an order to survive nations banded together in attempts to capture resources from one another. A violent war irrupted, and two forces eventually emerged. The Royal Cross - A Knighthood which started as a small band of warriors who grew into a large force sworn to protect the southern nation of Great Terra. Then towards the northern area was built up from a Kingdom who swore they controlled the great power of Dragons. The Kingdom of the Vegan - This Kingdom was once nothing more but a bunch of greedy nations who took quick to absorb all the sources of technology in the World. Three years have passed since the start of the Civil World War in the attempt to grab each others resources. Each battle gaining no farther or less to each side pushed bloodshed to a new agree. Advanced warriors emerged taking the frontline on the battle fronts. Some of these warriors did not have the best of intentions for humanity. Which brought forth a great downfall. A Cataclysm caused by unknown origins transforming the once vibrant World into what we all know now as the Wastelands. A pathetic excuse for survival. Though most of the land has been reduced into inhabitable territory. Few make shift towns laid out across the World. Mainly hubs for people trading whatever relics they can find. Welcome to the Frontier... "Give me another damn bottle!." Yelled out by a gritty voice. The bartender gave of a disgruntled look as he started to fish around in his collection for the customer. A torn down cloak draped over a large frame was the jackass ordering the drink. No one knew much about the mysterious customer. Only that he came often and got the same order. A full bottle of whiskey...a drink which was very expensive during this time. Alcohol had became a rarity like most luxuries from the past. Grabbing a bottle of Kukov's Groove, the bartender handed the bottle to the man and walked off to take care of the rest of the customers. A creaking sound screeched out as Rias lifted his left arm up. The joined from his armor had long rusted out, instead of oiling himself he oiled his thirst for liquor. His fingers cracked about as he clutched the bottle, bringing it up to his hood. His face was not shown at all, but some how the whiskey was consumed since the mysterious man would sit an empty bottle down within a few seconds. For some reason he felt nostalgic. it was unknown if it had been the drink or if he could feel like someone was talking about him.

That building in the distance... possibly...?
He could always sense the presence of those he had deemed closest to him. His old friend and mentor. The one who helped him become who he was today.
Should I? Maybe, someone... I can uncover my past...?
He straightened his coat out and stepped in the direction of the building. Boots clanked upon the ground, sounding out a short journey towards the building in the distance.
Upon arriving, he quietly opened the door, not aiming to disturb whatever ambience had been established within the building. Its surroundings. So familiar, yet so alien. Had it truly been this long since the exile? He could see the patrons around, minding their business, enjoying themselves, imbibing themselves upon drink after drink. He smirked to himself as he moved away from the entrance and towards the actual bar counter. Upon arriving, he motioned to the tender.
Crown. Double
It had been a long time, anyway. Why not start with something he preferred?

A bottle of whiskey simply empty just like most of the world. Only just a few hidden drops which somehow managed to cling onto the bottle. This was Rias belief. His only goal was to drown himself, striving to fill the bottle which drove his vice...or maybe even so his lifeforce. "Bwa..."
Staring off into his empty bottle the retired warrior only lost himself deep with thought. However, locked in this deep thought he felt an interruption. As in something familiar was coming to him, but hidden at the same time. Just like Blight, he kept his energy well hidden. Rias eyes locked onto the mirror from bar shelf. Slipping into the doorway was hard for a man who's thought's weighed on him like rocks. Rias couldn't really get a good sight of who came into the bar as he quickly made haste towards the opposite side of the bar. Rias could only feel a heavy pressure about this new entry.
Upon hearing the order of the mysterious man across the bar, Rias decided to up the ante. Calling fourth another bottle of Kokuv's blend whiskey, a stock said to knock you into the past itself was quickly brought to the attention of the old warrior from the bartender. With no thought at all the bottle kicked off from a slight slap from Rias palm. Gliding across the cedar stained wood was a comet of alcohol. Which came crashing into the double crown which the mysterious man had recently ordered. Shattering the glass, wasting the liquor and leaving a large bottle of whiskey for the man to drink.
The old warrior seemed cocky, however frighting as the man was mostly hidden by his battered cloak and large frame.
