It all depends on how strong you want to influence the action with. If you say "aimed and thrown", in the same post, you are only shortening the sequence by words and not virtual laws. In reality, you could prep an Aim before the projectile is in hand. That's just you being aware of the dynamics at hand, and your experience would make the action more authentic and quick. Whether than being slowed by having to indigo new experiences, resulting in surprise, second thoughts and then the initial thought to act. If you know the dynamics of RP Fighting, then you know there are no loopholes. The only place you will be able to find loopholes at is in Meta-Gaming and the use of Pataphysics. Everyplace else is sealed or will eventually close if you open it.
