My RP career started in 1999 in Tails, which most people really don't know about. I moved to Charmander31 in 2000 hearing of war and plunder. After the wars I retired from fighting and moved to Charmander31 chat two for a long ass time.
I rarely went into the main chat due to personal reasons. Under the name Dark_Vampire_Lance369 I tried to remake myself and my name. I will never really tell any of you who I was during the wars, because one, you wouldn't believe me, two, you would probably hate me.
During my stay in Chat two I sat around and lost most of my luster as a fighter. I kinda retired for almost 3-4 years and when everyone moved to Underground I started up again. 1.6 years later after the fall of Underground and XL due to the parachat update, I moved to Refuge to start a new life, but I guess stuff caught up with me. Under a new name, and a new face I defeated 36 fighters over a span of 3 years, only to have that record crushed by MG.
After my stay in Refuge I moved back to Underground and started an uprising against Eiji Karashimu. Getting jumped by three fighters, I killed every single one of them, and then right after that was attacked by Ukyo ( Who had a void deathkill. ) During the New Mystic Army, I killed over 150 people, from Refuge, Animelab, Chat-Avenue, Underground, Nemesis, and Realchat. In Total we probably killed over 300 people all together.
During my stay in Realchat I made a few armies and was one of the top three fighters for a long time. The only person who rivaled me was Ukyo, and we went at it many times.
My most notable accomplishments was during the New Mystic Army. We conquered four chats in almost an hour, which were Refuge, Chat-Avenue, Underground, and Realchat. We had Realchat only for a couple days, but we held the other territories for sometime. Another notable accomplishment is during my stays in Charmander31, which I won't get into. But if you were actually from the era, and knew my fighting style, know my personality, you would know who the hell I was.

Lance Ryan Williams was stuck in a very bad moment during the Imperial Red Army. He had no special abilities for him to defeat the Armies of the new wave of fighters that came in. Many with different techniques and styles, also with new special abilities.
During a special experiment in Animelab, the Imperial Red Army took him apart, removing his organs and upgrading his flesh.
Now he is able to call upon The Red Lightning. Which has three main abilities, all located in his stomach, flesh, lungs, and heart.
He can manipulate it without using magic, unlike most of the Imperial Red Army. Only simply calling upon it through a complex nervous system calculation inside of each of his new organs.
There are some special techniques though that require a book to use, these techniques are yet to be discovered.
One special attack though that has been uncovered is 'The Red Lightning Dragon.' And is used quite frequently by the generals of the Imperial Red Army.

Through his training under Justin Gunshin, he was adopted as a son of Justin Gunshin. Upon Sarde's marriage to Cloud Filth, his bloodline is extended again to the Filth Family.
He still holds the banner of the Manductor clan, to prove legitimacy of his fighting career.
