#7. Lance Ryan Williams / Bladeweaver / Alekksandria
The video making machine known as LRW, or Lance for short -- he may be wasting away in Xat's kingdom because he found some new style...but he's kind of like a puppy playing with a new toy, after a while he will get bored and go right back to Eden's Era. But I can't argue with him being fast still. He's still well above everyone else in the game, and I can't deny that. He can fight, but unfortunately he can't make the branch up to the larger styles so he is stuck here in last place. Another bad thing about Lance is he will always be questioned whether or not he's cheating. Though he has proven his ability to type fast, in the back of peoples minds they'll always wonder if that really fast connection was legitimate or hotkey/one line copy and paste. He's still faster than some of the fighters above him on this list. I just can't place him higher, because they are more well rounded & were tougher to beat. Had this been a who is fastest list, he would have held a higher spot.
#6. Lysander / Rayo Toyo / Archetype
Lysander is a quick hybrid fighter. By hybrid I don't mean the Alab style. I mean he is not only a speed fighter, but also holds a spot as one of the best T1 fighters around. Kudos are in order for this man and his ability to branch out to literally every style. This guy remains one of the top fighters in longer styles, and not many can defeat him in them. He came in second place in The Grand Tournament 2012 advanced division losing only to Ukyo. He has proven himself to be a pretty good fighter, but still for some reason does not receive the recognition he deserves in speed by most.
#5. Amicus
Known as the fastest female fighter on the internet since Chars chat. Not only is she fast, but also maintains the ability to be so fast while using the most eloquent writing style you've ever/never seen. She in fact barely lost to Lance recently and would have smacked him if it wasn't for her prideful ability with wording. A better fighter than a lot of people on this list, she just doesn't sacrifice her roleplay for speed. She could grace a higher spot on the list also if she was more well rounded, but she falls apart in shorter styles due to overtyping.
#4. Taz Tanks / Rampage Ryoma / Mystic Knight Z
Hailing from MySpace Ryoma was an up & coming fighter in the recent few years passed, but this year he's really become a force to be reckoned with. It took him some time to catch up to the Eden's Era styles. Had he continued fighting his own style, and MySpace remaining open he probably would have been one of the best a lot sooner. But now here he is, as one of the best. He's a step ahead over all the lesser fighters in Refuge, and can defeat all of them. He is second only to a few people out there. Participating in The Grand Tournament 2012 he lost only to Ukyo in both brackets. If I had to place a rank on this guy, I would put him as a "Chat-Avenue Elite", which in C-A was considered to be one step underneath Legendary fighters.
#3. Yuush Lei / Outlaw Viper
The cause of controversy and spawn of the popular term MGuush. This is a touchy subject because there was some sort of viable evidence that it was merely MG in a wig so to say, but I can't deny his ability. He is legitimately fast, and always ready to fight. In fact any time he is online all he does is sit around asking to fight people. He's not the fastest fighter out there, but he is definitely one of the best that graced the chats this year.
#2. Green Legend Prettz / Yogi / Guyden
Prettz is by far the fastest fighter to ever exist. I have seen it with my own two eyes, and I can't deny it. Greatly surpassing Kael's speed, I sometimes have to wonder if he's using speech recognition instead of the keyboard. This brings no surprise as to why in 2012 he was inducted into the all time top 5 fighters, knocking Gohan out of the spot. He's on another level from anyone else in this fighting realm speed wise, the only way to beat him is trickery or get lucky and time everything just right. He would be even higher up on this 2012 list, but he's unable to fight a lot of styles. I shouldn't say he is unable, he will still try, he just does not know all of the rules. This is only because he has not familiarized himself with them, given the chance and interest to learn them he would easily become the best some styles that he never fights.
#1. Ukyo / Drercel Etendu / Roy Tautou / Wilric Talrus / Aria Fuentes
His name rings bells even to people who have never met him. Log on his name momentarily and see if you don't get noticed. Rumored and proven to be one of the fastest fighters to ever exist. He's played a long time role in the top 5 fighters of all time since around 2004. And is still the only fighter in the world to prove his ability by video evidence to hit 1 second connections repeatedly in RT2. After not having been around for nearly 2 years, he manages to somehow maintains the old speed that he once had. Upon his return Ukyo proved he is still able to defeat all the fighters around. He took place in The Grand Tournament and quickly rose to be victorious in both divisions long styles & short. Hands down the most well rounded fighter on this list. Possessing not only the ability to outspeed his opponents, he also can outsmart them. If there had to be a one word association for Ukyo it would be outclass. The reason behind this is he has the ability to overcome any obstacles he is faced with and has proved it time and time again.
